„If“ has chosen „Narbuto 5“ for their new headquarters office

This autumn „If“ insurance company will relocate to the new office building in Vilnius –  „Narbuto 5“, which is being developed by „E.L.L. Nekilnojamas turtas“. „If“  will lease 1 500 sq. m. in two upper floors of the office building, where 150 modern working places will be created. It will be an anchor tenant at „Narbuto 5“, which in total has 4 620 sq. m. of leasable space.

„The last time we were relocating our office was 13 years ago. During that time, our team has grown and our needs have changed. While looking for a new office, we wanted to avoid large buildings, where we would have been one of many tenant companies. The main aspects for choosing class A office building „Narbuto 5“– optimal building size, convenient location in the city center, sufficient parking for cars“– „If“ General Manager Zaneta Stankeviciene stated.

Individual solutions – for the highest employee comfort

There is an aim to create a cozy home atmosphere in the new „If“ office at the business center „Narbuto 5“, and to foster even better communication and collaborations among colleagues. For this reason, a non-standard solution for an open internal staircase between the two floors was implemented, and a task for the architects was formulated to create not only functional, but also a cozy office.

„We wanted a cozy office atmosphere. Therefore, we asked the developer for a non-standard solution in our office – an open internal staircase in order to skip doors between the two floors and to avoid using access cards “, – Z. Stankeviciene explained. She was happy about the developer being client oriented and putting efforts to find the best solution.

„We strive to meet the highest client expectations. The insurance company „If“ was selecting their future office very responsibly and professionally: our proposal was evaluated by technical specialists and RE market consultants hired by the tenant“ – „E.L.L. Nekilnojamas turtas“ General Manager Amelija Rudenko stated. She also noted that negotiations were successful due to the common values and aim to assure the highest comfort and great microclimate for employees at their work place.

According to Z. Stankeviciene, a lot of attention has been paid for office zones to meet different employee needs – for individual and team work, meeting rooms, phone call designated areas, customer service places, recreation and social zones, spacious employee kitchen.

„For example, we plan to install a foldable amphitheater in the largest meeting room in order to be able to use the room for small meetings around the table as well as for big events“, – explained „If“ General Manager for Lithuania. This solution among the many others was offered by „A2SM“ architects, who are creating the office interior.

Company „E.L.L. Nekilnojamas turtas“ investment to the office building „Narbuto 5“ is approx. 9 mln. EUR. First tenants will move in already this summer.
